What’s your favourite season, and why? “My favourite season is definitely spring! Perfect weather to do work in the garden and play golf.”

Are you a planner, or more of a ‘go with the flow’ person? “I prefer going with the flow, especially when travelling. I find not strictly mapping everything out opens up unexpected opportunities and adventures that can be way more fun!”

Dogs, cats, both or neither? “Dogs! Cats are okay though.”

What’s your favourite way to relax? “Cooking or golf.”

What’s a skill you’ve always wanted to learn? “I wish I could speak other languages! Specifically, French, Spanish, and Japanese.”

What’s the best piece of advice someone’s ever given you? “You are the product of your environment.”

What’s a small thing that makes your day better? “My morning coffee at HQ. Can’t kick start my day without it!

What’s a movie you’d happily recommend to anyone? “Ratatouille, Coco, or Django Unchained. Breaking Bad is a classic also.”

What’s one food you will never eat? “Oddly specific but I’ll be steering clear of Balut and Tongzi dan.”

What’s one thing that makes a great support worker in your view? “Relatability, the ability to connect with a wide range of people and adapt body language, tone, and communication style.”

What’s a piece of advice you’d give someone new to this field? “Patience is key. Working in this industry has it’s high’s and low’s, take it as it comes. Learn to switch off from work when you go home, otherwise you will burn yourself out.”
