What year did I start working in disability? 2024

What drew me to this industry? I was drawn to the disability support industry because I’m naturally a people-person and genuinely enjoy connecting with others. Supporting people to feel heard, valued and empowered is something that really matters to me. I also have lived experience supporting family members, which has given me a deeper understanding of how important patience, empathy and consistency are in this role.

What are my hobbies? Surfing, Gym, DJ and Music
